Mike Cardona: 1978 - 1998
On October 5, 1998 one of my closest friends passed away. Mike Cardona - one of the best skateboarders ever to come out of New Jersey - has moved on to the next level. May God bless him.
Mike was a very creative, talented individual. It showed in his skateboarding and his artwork. He was a good friend to many and will be missed greatly. The lesson I've learned from his death, appreciate your friends, you never know when they are going to be gone.
Rest in peace, Mike. Your friends will never forget about you; you've touched us all, forever. - Andy Schaaf
