This past weekend, the 2016 Asian Skateboarding Championship took place in Shanghai. The contest acts as a ranking and qualifying event for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo and included a street contest and park events for men and women. It was a heavy weekend of straight ripping. Congrats to Kaede Yoshikawa for taking first in the street contest! Check the video recap above and hold tight for a gallery from the weekend coming soon.
