"The book I’ve spent the last six years working on will be out on the 28th of May, published by @batsfordbooks. It’s a 464 page telling of what happened in UK skateboarding between the beginning of street skating as we know it, and everything going digital, corporate and organised.
180,000 words, from hundreds of hours of new interviews with pretty much everybody, and hundreds of photographs - some you’ll have seen, some no one has seen - of skateboarding, skateboarders, places, boards and clothing, as well as original artwork - used or otherwise - from all the brands of the era.
Launch party in May, to be announced soon. Global skate shop distribution through @keendist, global bookshop distribution through @rizzolibooks and it’s £50/$70.
