Emerica’s fan-favorite Wino G6 Slip-On just got a summer-ready update and it just might be my favorite colorway of this timeless shoe yet. Now available in brown/tan, it's giving off some earth vibes to one of Emerica’s most trusted silhouettes. Where my Padres fans at!? Get a closer look below:
"Emerica’s Wino G6 Slip-On takes the classic slip-on aesthetic and makes it skate-ready, solving the challenges of skating in a slip-on shoe while keeping the laid-back vibe," Emerica mentions on their website. "Known for being comfy but sometimes lacking in support and durability, slip-ons needed a tech upgrade, and the Wino G6 delivers exactly that."
You could argue that one of the biggest challenges of skating in slip-ons is keeping your foot in place during tricks, but Emerica’s Fit Heel Anchor system was designed to help solve that problem. Read below for a few more specs and details about the shoe from Emerica:
This shoe truly delivers the best of both worlds: it feels like a chill slip-on, but it’s ready for serious skateboarding. The durable construction, premium footbed, and secure fit all make the Wino G6 Slip-On one of the most versatile skate shoes out there — a great choice for skaters who want a comfy, stylish shoe that’s built to perform. Perfect for a day in the park or just skating around town, it’s an everyday shoe that lives up to its skateboarding roots.
Designed with input from the entire Emerica team, the Wino G6 Slip-On simply packs performance where it matters most. If Figgy and Leo are jumping down rollercoaster handrails in them, well, that says more than enough.
This colorway rips! Simple as that. Available now at select skateshops and on emerica.com.
