It was a stacked van that set off to skate the monuments and derelict hotels of Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia, including the likes of Al Davis, Simon Stricker, Cyrus Bennett and Andrew Wilson. I'm sure they knew they were jumping into a skate journey to remember.

Named after the mountain range that runs all the way to the Black Sea from the Serbian border, the Balkans don't disappoint – beautiful landscapes, wonderful food and people, and so many skate spots.
