On the heels of his cringeworthy rap diss towards longtime friend and former Jackass colleague, Steve-O, Bam Margera seems to have unfortunately found himself behind bars yet again in suburban Philadelphia.
He was arrested in Radnor Township overnight and cited for public intoxication and disorderly conduct after an incident at the Radnor Hotel (PA) early Wednesday morning, a police source told The Inquirer.

Bam seemed to be all smiles and in relatively good shape during X Games in Ventura, California, a few weeks back, taking pictures with old friends, fans and attendees alike...but here we are.
Local police received a call about an argument between a man and a woman at the Radnor Hotel in the early hours of the morning. When police arrived on scene, Bam was clearly intoxicated and taken into custody. He was brought to the local police station, but was released later Wednesday morning to a friend, The Inquirer source said.
NBC Philadelphia reported that Bam was charged in April (which I'm sure most of you remember) several days after an arrest warrant was announced by Pennsylvania State Police. Bam disappeared for days before turning up to face arrest and eventually pleaded not guilty.
As for this current case, Bam's lawyer, Michael T. van der Veen, chimed in saying it was his understanding that Margera wasn't arrested, but rather was only cited in connection with the incident.
“With citations, as with arrests, he enjoys the presumption of innocence,” van der Veen said. “I am not sure what transpired to lead to the citation, but we will be looking into it.”
This is just another incident in a string of troubles for this pro skateboarder turned MTV star, but hopefully it's the last. We'll know more as we hear more. Keep checking back.
