Man, it's crazy to see how much Gavin has progressed over the past five years or so. And even then, he was blowing all of our minds. Tricks like this are just added proof that he can't be pegged to one discipline. He's just a talented skateboarder, plain and simple. The terrain means nothing. He'll skate it. No questions asked.
All those years ago, I knew (we all knew) that he just needed a few years to strengthen his legs, otherwise, he was already one of the most gifted up-and-comers out there. No denying it. And it looks like we were right.
He has such a bright future ahead. He's hardly even in the midst of it either—this dude is just getting started! Which is wild to think, as he's already accomplished so much. From all the mega contests across the globe to keeping it real and skating with his friends, stacking clips in the streets and constantly progressing, it's almost scary to predict what Gavin will accomplish over the next decade.
