Check out this short documentary on George Powell at the Skate One plant in Santa Barbara, CA. Pretty cool insight into what it takes to make skateboards.
"So few people, including skateboarders, really have any idea of what it takes to make something as simple as a skateboard or even a single urethane wheel. George Powell is one of the very few skateboard builders in the world today who still manufactures many of his products in America under one roof just as he has always done, and so I was inspired to make this short film on him and his company, Skate One, and to share it with all of you. I hope you enjoy, and look forward to your comments." - Stacy Peralta
