@Dr.KyleBrown and @OldFriends__ have created a platform for skateboarders who want to come back from injuries and maintain strength and flexibility. These two have really created something useful and impactful for every skateboarder out there, and I'd highly suggest anyone who skates to utilize it.
The video below dives into ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) prevention (one of the many topics they cover), which is one of the key ligaments that help stabilize the knee joint. Dr. Kyle Brown goes into great detail about the importance of quad strength, exercises to strengthen them, and generally keep your ACL healthy.

With the app, you get access to easy-to-follow videos with evidence-based programs designed by @dr.kylebrown (licensed physical therapist) along with in depth podcasts and more. With the expertise of Walker Ryan, (professional skater and co-creator of the app) peppered in, you know you're in good hands.
Aside from the app itself, what I like most is how much Dr. Kyle Brown (who also rips on a skateboard, just FYI) generally cares about the information he's providing. And as much as he cares, I respect even more how adamant he is about expressing the simple importance of these exercises and programs as a whole, to promise a longer career for pros, and endless, pain-free future sessions for skateboarding enthusiasts alike.
