How perfect is the double decker bus passing by in the background of the fakie heel? Or the quick power and pop on that nollie heel mid-line? Although short and sweet, this clip gives us the perfect taste of John in his new Metric S colorway. Since he and DC joined forces, it's been a match made in heaven. The two go together flawlessly and it's hard to argue otherwise.

There's no shortage of excitement in the comments. The masses are anxious to get their feet in a pair of these kicks while just as many are simply moved by John's skating. There are a handful of our friends overseas asking when the shoes will be available around the globe as well. The entire world seems to want a piece.
At the moment, the Shanahan colorway is super limited and available only at select skate shops across the country (soon in UK and Europe) as well as DC's website. The shoe sits on DC's Legacy OG outsole with heritage-inspired details that mash together the best of both eras—just like John.
Taking that raw, East Coast style of his to the streets of London makes perfect sense. It all just looks so good. Congrats to John on the new colorway. Get there!
