NYC's Labor Skateshop is gearing up for a special Spike Jonze photo show this Friday, November 21, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The show will offer a rare opportunity to see some of Spike's work up close, inside the walls of one of New York's finest shops.

"We are very excited to share this night with all of you," Labor wrote on Instagram. "An amazing set of circumstances landed these photos in our hands." Apparently a stranger just dropped a bunch of old Spike photos off at Labor and, well, here we are. I don't know the full story, but either way, that's so rad! Shoutout to Labor for giving everyone the opportunity to peep these gems.
Spike is an absolute legend. From his award-winning films to the work he's created over multiple subcultures, the dude just has it, you know? We have to assume there will be plenty of timeless Spike photos that blessed early issues of TransWorld in the mix, but man, I'm super curious to see what they copped.
If you can't make it to the show on 11/21, don't trip—Labor plans to leave the photos up for a while after the event. Just another reason to roll through one of New York's most respected skateshops. Peep the flyer above for all the details and get there!
