First Look: Last Resort Continues to Push Forward With Bold New Drop

Last Resort AB Drop 21

Last Resort's Drop 21 just landed, and it's packed with bold designs and reimagined staples. This release gives a clear sense of where the brand is heading. The classics are still cool and timeless, just with subtle updates for good measure.

Some of the newer silhouettes might be a bit more untraditional, but they still absolutely work.

Regardless, nothing ever feels too in-your-face, which I appreciate. And their confident, forward-thinking approach to skate shoe design continues to be something I admire. Swipe through for a small taste below.

The entire drop is stacked, but I think the standout silhouette is the new VM001 Mid. I've skated the low and high version of the VM001, and I have nothing but good things to say about them both. So I think the Mid just naturally caught my eye. It's just a rad skate shoe! Clean, subtle and absolutely timeless.

Speaking of mid-tops, Chris Milic's signature shoe is an eye-catcher. The VM003-Hi dropped in corduroy. The Loafer and MOC LO are great examples of the bold designs I mentioned. And of course, we got some new colorways of the brand's staples. I told you. It's a dope drop. The cherry on top? Take a look at all the extra lace options. Rad! It's the little things, you know?

Besides the shoes, there are some new apparel items available as well, and it's all hitting shops as we speak. Does your shop carry Last Resort? Get in there and demand it. Otherwise, hit the site and get a closer look here.
