There is a May 9th State Senate Judiciary Committee vote on this bill. The bill will give cities the ability to repeal pad laws and protect skateboarding under the list of Hazardous Recreational Activities.
We need people to send a letter to the committee in support of the bill. As of right now the two Democrats on the committee are set to vote against it and they need a push in the right direction.
