Mike Kershnar's solo show, Walk Among Us, opened Oct 6th at the Art Lab in San Diego. The show features a huge amount of work covering almost every inch of the walls. Individual pieces come together and create larger installations throughout the gallery. Detailed lines bring viewers in close while large scale work stood people back to take in the entire form. Kershnar's canvases come in many forms and reused materials are a frequent ingredient throughout most of the show. There are plenty of skate references on the walls and shelves for skate-heads to enjoy. Check out the photos below from the show's opening night. If you missed the opening and are in the SD area be sure to swing by Art Lab Studios for the Walk Among Us closing reception and Holloween party with the Robin Henkel Band, October 31st from 6-10PM. Art Lab is located on 3536 Adams Ave, San Diego, CA 92116.
