Filmed entirely around his hometown of Melbourne, Australia, Nathan Jackson stepped to his fair share of OG spots and cutty little gems to craft up this ripping new video part for Ace Trucks. With filmer Tony Woodward in tow, this project is sharp and dialed, both in front of and behind the lens.
Using that familiar song from American Beauty for his "intro" is simply the icing on the cake. Take a look:
That opening section already had my attention, but things really start to heat up around the 2:20 mark. Nathan's approach feels raw and refreshing. This part has a little bit of everything—he's technical but not afraid to jump down the big stuff. He'll piece together a gnarly line at full speed, then skate some obscure structure and secure the clip. It's rad.
It seems like dropping heavy new video parts during the first week of the year is becoming a tradition for Ace. Cody Chapman kicked off 2025 with the banger above (watch it if you haven't—rewatch it if you have!) and it was a proper way to kick off the year. And the same can be said for Nathan's new part.
Anyways, it's rad that Nathan made this part a family affair. The ultimate rad dad! "Nathan and Tony [took] the kids and dogs on weekend missions to skate both OG spots and hidden gems," Ace mentioned in the description. That's living! Hats off to Nathan and Tony for making it happen. If you haven't yet, peep the part and get stoked.
