Tactics opened as a garage shop on the wrong side of the tracks in the fall of 1999. Now recognized as a powerhouse in Eugene, Oregon's business sector, this grassroots skate company has made a respectable name for themselves. Tactics has been producing talent for over a decade, and after watching their video you'll see that this shop continues to manufacture homegrown raw skateboarders.
