Well, it looks like the holidays are officially here! Primitive is back with another unique collaboration, this time featuring a festive Elf movie collection with new boards and apparel. Whether you rip 'em or hang 'em, Buddy the Elf approves.
Say what you want, but I think this is hilarious. And shoot, who doesn't love Elf? Primitive has been dropping collaboration collections left and right this year, and whether you love them or hate them, they've been nailing it. Would a Christmas Vacation collab be better? Well, duh. But I'll take this all day!
The collection is stacked, too. Decks, tees, hoodies, crewnecks, hats, coffee mugs... presents for days. They even added Jovie and "Wanda" (IYKYK) to the mix, which I thought was a nice touch.
I'm not sure if any of the items will be available at skate shops or not, but as of November 26th, it's all available on the Primitive site!
Be forewarned, though—the hats, stickers and coffee mugs are already sold out as I type this. (Damn, wanted that mug!) But there's plenty of other stuff to cop before the big day.
I was sort of surprised to see so many haters in the comments of the Instagram post. I guess that's really neither here nor there, but dang, haters. Elf rips. Will Ferrell is hilarious. It's a mandatory watch during the holidays! Everyone is too serious these days. Their loss.
If you're reading this on Thanksgiving—Happy Thanksgiving! And if you're on the fence about copping some of this collection, jump off! It's moving fast, as it should be.
Also, if you've never noticed, look closely at the trucks on the 'Real Huf board' that Michael gets towards the end of the movie and let me know if anything looks off. Ha!
