We're back in the streets of Helsinki with the stacked Indy squad for the second Raw Mayhem installment of their recent 'Get Your Sh!t Together' video. Peep:
When I said the "stacked" Indy squad, I meant it. Look at this lineup: Victor Pellegrin, Marius Syvanen, Nassim Lachhab, Madars Apse, Tyler Surrey, Mathias Torres, Wes Kremer, Barney Page, Kevin Baekkel, Alexis Ramirez, Jonne Nordlund, Eniz Fazliov, Jaakko Ojanen and Kevin Kowalski.
Add the Helsinki backdrop yet again, and I just have to say, the second episode is even heavier than the first (if you're a fan of raw clips like me, that is). More insane spots. Plenty of battles. Endless good vibes. And clips, clips, clips! Would you expect anything less?
After sitting here and watching this entire video, one thought kept recurring in my mind: it's insane to imagine just how many clips these skaters have secured throughout their careers! Every trip, every country, every city, every session—it's wild to think about. The footage just keeps coming, and it seriously never stops!
From the outside looking in, the life of a pro skater seems glamorous and enviable. For the most part, it is! But that doesn’t mean it can't get exhausting, especially on trips like this. It’s all part of the job description, though, and they obviously wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Anyways, as you might've already seen, this clip is pretty long. But if you can find the time to watch it from beginning to end, do it. It's as close as most of us will ever get to being on the frontlines with our favorite pros. A priceless experience all around.
