Hey, these days, I'm always down for a refresher. What ever happened to the days of rewatching our favorite videos and absolutely obsessing over them!? Press play. Sebo has been ripping for as long as I can remember.
Filmed by Michael McCloud, Sebo's board control, creativity, and pure fun are on full display here, which begs a question I often ask: Why on earth does Sebo remain one of skateboarding’s most underrated rippers? I can't be the only one who thinks that.
Sebo’s skating has always been about flow and finesse, but some of these clips in ‘LAND’ really amplified that notion. The video might be a few years old now, but the combination of raw technical skill and tasteful spot selection make it a timeless classic, as far as I'm concerned.
His manual game is on point. He'll jump down big sets and gaps. He's not afraid to step to a handrail. He skates Burnside like the loc he is. And he's certainly not the one to shy away from some terrifying terrain, as long as he secures the clip. ATV? Yes! And then some.
His effortless, carefree style has always made the most mind-melting tricks look almost annoyingly smooth. But it's his deep bag of tricks—that seems to never stop growing—that has to make even the gnarliest pros take notes.
Some parts are simply worth revisiting. This is one of them. If you haven’t watched it yet, stop what you’re doing and hit play. Pure, raw skateboarding at its finest.
