Apparently the whip belongs to @stevenvictor, which is some sort of clothing company tied in to the luxury wheels. Looks like a massive crowd was gathered, the car alone pulled sideways on a busy downtown Manhattan street would do that, but then to have Tyshawn Ollie it, what a mind-blower for anyone passing by.
