Spitfire just dropped a new video for its Engine 29 Benefit Capsule and rolled down to their local San Francisco fire house to give us all the back story on this epic collab.
A portion of the proceeds goes directly toward the SFFD Toy Program’s ongoing efforts to support kids in need—including their annual Skateboard Day on December 13th. Press play and learn more below. This is too rad.
"Together with our local neighborhood SF Fire station and the San Francisco Firefighters Toy Program, we’re proud to introduce the new Spitfire X ‘Engine 29’ Benefit Capsule," Spitfire wrote on YouTube. "A portion of the proceeds will be donated directly to the San Francisco Firefighters Toy Program to support their ongoing work helping kids in need, including their upcoming Skateboard Day event this December 13th in SF."
The capsule centers on a limited drop of Conical Full F4 99DU wheels (54mm and 56mm) and the graphic is super dope. A small run of tees, hoodies, and stickers round out the collection, carrying the same vibe.
But what I love most about the whole thing is how real it feels. Pure local pride. Actual community roots. A shared love for San Francisco. Hey, I might be from San Diego, but I’m backing this one heavy. It’s Spitfire supporting the people who’ve always supported their city. Respect.
Whether you're an SF local or just want to support a rad cause, hit your local and swoop!
