South Los Angeles local, Damonte Tillman, got the surprise of his life when we hooked up a skate session with SLS Pro and 2013 Super Crown Champ, Chris Cole, at the North Hollywood Skate Plaza. Watch both Damonte and Chris rifle off tricks and discuss how skateparks have influenced them.
Skateparks and plazas serve an important purpose in the life of a skater. More than just a place to skate, it's a place to develop friendships and stay out of trouble. The SLS Foundation understands this, and is dedicated to the growth of skateboarding and the creation of healthy communities. SLSF continues to build certified world-class skateboard plazas from concept to completion around the globe. For more information on the Foundation and plazas, visit streetleaguefoundation.org.
