Watch: The Dern Brothers Explore Bam Margera's Legendary 'Viva La Bam' House

April and Phil Margera's Ultimate House Tour

The Dern Brothers have been on a roll with their YouTube channel this past year, hooking us up with everything from pure, raw skateboarding, event coverage, spot history and plenty of Bam Margera clips to keep us entertained, but this new tour of the OG Margera household—think Jackass, Viva La Bam, old 411VM's, etc.—might be one of the best yet.

Honestly, it's pretty much just a documentary of sorts, loaded with tons of archival footage and a proper dose of nostalgia from this gem of an era. You watched it. I watched it. We all watched it. Carve out some time and dive into this one. So rad.

"We head over to April and Phil Margera's house. You may remember it from Season 1 of Viva La Bam, Jackass, Haggard, and more! April and Phil shows us what the place looks like today and we dive into the history of the house," the Dern Brothers mentioned on YouTube. "We also hear talk to Bam, Chris Raab, Rake Yohn, Joe Frantz, Anthony Garbarino, and Mark the Bagger."

I don't want to spoil too much, but damn, this brought back so many memories. When Bam was at the height of his career, I was a straight up teenager, so like countless others, his wild energy and constant hijinx made a lasting impression on me. And the Margera House is such an iconic backdrop of that era.

Come for the nostalgia, stay for the laughs—this couldn't have come at a better time. Nice work, Dern Bros! You guys are on fire. If you aren't subscribed to the Dern Brothers YouTube page, you should change that.

And of course, shoutout to April and Phil for not only putting up with all of Bam's shit over the years, but for continuing to appreciate the ironic radness of it all! In a weird way, they seem like long lost relatives or something, and I'd bet many of you would agree.
