HLC Distribution, located in the beautiful Basque city of San Sebastian, Spain, long known for its in-house manufacturing for brands such as Jart, Plan B, Flip, Sk8mafia, SOVRN (Europe), Mosaic Bearings, and more, has reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake in AEND Industries.

AEND was created in 2003 and manufactures some of the highest quality urethane wheels for skateboards and longboards. In 2019, AEND relocated its factory from California to Texas.
Our good friend and former pro Ruben Garcia is the new Sales Vice President for North America to lead the charge.
Established in 2001 by the three Iraola brothers, HLC has emerged as the European leader in the skateboard manufacturing market, boasting an expansive presence across more than 80 countries. And we can personally attest, these guys have taken great care of us when we've been in their next of the woods on European tour.
