For second instalment in the Feeling Scene series, The Ben Raemers Foundation explores the Leeds skate scene with Casper Brooker, Matlok Bennet-Jones, Harry Lintell, Danny Brady, Helena Long, Neil Smith and Dale Starkie. As Dale says, Leeds is known for a lot of stair sets and not a lot of ledges (but that one at the Playhouse looks buttery) or manual pads.

"As well as hosting a skate jam at LS-Ten Skatepark, the foundation talks to local skateboarders and explores what mental health support is available in the local area."

The spot with the buried pianos looks dope. Always nice when a city has some skateable art. Looks good on film! Oh and a perfectly angled curb for perfecting your slappies?

Support you local skateshop! In this case, it's Leeds' own Welcome Skate Store. Fourteen years deep! Everyone in this video is doing it for the right reasons: The local football team kits, stoking out the community—that's what a local shop and scene are supposed to do. Leeds might have one of the greatest examples we've ever seen.

Dig into Welcome's second full length video, cleverly titled Welcome 2: Hell.

These guys all rip it up toward the end of the video at what looks like the best indoor skatepark in the UK, then they take it to a big outdoor bowl after a bit of footy. Great skateboarding, great message. Cheers!

As always, check in on yourself and your friends. More resources via The Ben Raemers Foundation.
