Kyonosuke Yamashita Goes Pro for Primitive Skateboards Ahead of New Video Release
Kyonosuke Yamashita is pro for Primitive Skateboards! Paul Rodriguez and the rest of the Primitive squad surprised Kyonosuke with his pro board on December 10th at their 10-Year Anniversary party.
Yamashita is also one of the skaters who we can all expect to see a full part from in their upcoming video, 'WILDFIRE' as well, which is bound to be super heavy. This dude just can't miss! Peep some photos from the night below.
If you ask me, skateboarding is in good hands because of dudes like Kyonosuke. He really brings something special to the table every time he skates and his deep bag of tricks will leave the most respected pros a little envious. He's been putting in the work for years and I'm glad to see it's all paid off.
His 'DAYDREAM' part blew our minds and sort of served as an introduction to Kyonosuke for many skaters across the globe. Since then, he has accomplished so much and hasn't slowed down a single bit. He was always one of those ams that everyone knew had the potential; his bump to the pro ranks was inevitable, if you ask me. Well-deserved!
Again, the Primitive video is set for December 16th. I'm pretty sure it's just dropping on their YouTube channel, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I'll tell you what, though—Kyonosuke's part is going to be a banger.

Congrats to Kyonosuke on this major achievement! There are a lot of pros out there who sort of get away with doing the bare minimum, but Yamashita certainly isn't one of them. I'm stoked to see what he brings to the table as a rookie pro. The future is bright.
