Zero Skateboards Collaborates with Realtree on Unique Outdoor-Inspired Decks and Apparel
Well, here’s one collaboration I didn’t see coming, but this year has been full of surprises so I’m here for it! Zero Skateboards recently joined forces with Realtree, an outdoor brand based in Lovation, Georgia on some unique camo-inspired decks and apparel. Get a closer look at them below, but look closely… they’re sort of hard to find.
I actually like all these new Zero Bold designs that Jamie and the team have been releasing lately. It’s such a classic graphic on its own, but the options are pretty much endless design-wise. Why not throw some backwoods camo on one of them? Along with the classic Single Skull and American Zero!? Down.
While I know nothing about Realtree, their website tells me this:
"In 1986, very early in the camouflage revolution, Bill Jordan decided to try his hand at designing a camo pattern. That early business risk paid off. As a result, vision has become Bill's greatest attribute and promotion his company's greatest strength. Since that fledgling start in the late 1980s, Realtree has steadily grown to become a household name and one of the strongest brands in the hunting industry."
The boards as well as some new apparel items are available on the Zero website now, and some shops might be getting them, but don’t quote me on that.
Is it hunting season? Can I say, “Just in time for hunting season!” Or would I be way off? Whatever. I guess that’s really neither here nor there, but the boards are available now, so if you’re feeling these, you know what to do.
Personally, as a fan of the outdoors (and of course, Zero), I’m backing these. Never been hunting but I’ve hiked to plenty of crusty skate spots over the years and consider myself an avid camper. Regardless, the year has been full of surprises, just like I mentioned. Here’s another fun collab to add to the list.
