Recognize: Karsten Kleppan

On May 16, Norwegian native Karsten Kleppan will join 29 other newcomers in Barcelona for the SLS Nike SB Pro Open where they will battle it out at the Skate Agora BDN plaza, trying to solidify a spot in the 2015 SLS Nike SB World Tour.

The SLS Nike SB Pro Open kicks off May 16th where 30 newcomer pros will skate for their chance to compete against the existing SLS Pros in Day Two on May 17th. Only eight newcomers will advance from Day One to Day Two, and two of those eight will earn a spot on the League roster and a chance to compete in the 2015 SLS Nike SB World Tour.

The overall winner of the Day Two Final will be crowned the winner and earn a Golden Ticket to the 2015 SLS Nike SB Super Crown World Championship in Chicago, IL, USA on October 4th.
